225 Reeder Street is our chapter house, that we’ve been able to call our shelter since the Fall of 2023. It has two single rooms, two double rooms, one triple, and one quad room between the second and third floor. The house features both a spacious front and backyard where Delts can be found hanging out on any nice day. Inside is the living room, which is used as a chapter room, and small kitchen for cooking. The house also includes a laundry room, president’s office, and study room.
Delts previously lived in 2 West, a house on campus near fellow fraternity Chi Phi and dining hall Marquis Hall. Since the fraternity came back to campus in 2016, brothers lived in a portion of Rubin Hall before 225 Reeder Street opened up.
