How long is rush?
Rush runs from August 25 to September 5th (Bid Day).
How long are events?
Events usually last around 2 hours, but they’re set up in a way where you can stop by for a few minutes, or stay even longer than 2 hours.
Who should I ask questions about rush?
Our recruitment chair, Anthony Clerici ‘26 (clericia@lafayette.edu), handles direct questions about Delta Tau Delta Rush. Questions about the college recruitment program can go to Jake Bates, director of fraternity & sorority life. (batesj@lafayette.edu).
Can I rush more than one fraternity?
Yes, especially early in the process, it’s always good to get to know different Lafayette fraternities if interested. It’s also possible to get bids from more than one fraternity. Rush is designed to help the PNM (potential new member) get to know each fraternity well to help them decide where they want to be a lifelong member by the end of the two weeks.
How will I know when the rush events are happening?
They will be posted on our Instagram and website, but stay tuned for text reminders from some of our Delt brothers for when our Reeder House events are happening . As long as you meet even one of our members, we’ll make sure you’re all set and we will send you texts for you can stop by.
